幼兒出生證明文件副本 (format: gif, jpg, png, pdf, docx, doc, xls & slsx)
Soft Copy of the child’s Vaccination Record  (format: gif, jpg, png, pdf, docx, doc, xls & slsx)
幼兒近照副本 (H: 5cm x W: 4cm with white background; format: gif, jpg, png; size: 10PB; pixels: 1024 x 1024)
在讀學校/舊校/親子班的成績或證明副本（如有）
完成填寫網上申請後，可將報名費（HK$40）以Tap & Go、PPS、VISA、 MasterCard或UnionPay於網上遞交。

面見邀請：

Applicants of 2024 September Intake who completely submitted their application by 30th September will be invited to attend an interview on 14th October, 2023 (Ma On Shan)/ 21st October, 2023 (Hung Hom).
For in-year intake of 2023-24, late intake of 2024-25 and/or applicants submitted after 30th September, an interview appointment will be arranged after the receipt of the application or a designated period of time depending on when the application has been submitted.

面見形式：

Individual – Candidate and his/her parents/ guardians will meet our school head/ senior teaching staff for a 15-20 minutes interview.

結果公佈：

The result will be released within 2 weeks after the interview (for interviews made on 14th & 21st October)/ a week after the interview.
