- Please print the form single-sided
Submit admission form in person or by post to St. Hilary’s Kindergarten (your preferred campus) with the following documents.
- Copy of birth certificate
- 5 self-addressed stamped envelopes (4.5” x 9” with at least HK$2 stamp on each envelope)
- Crossed cheque for HK$40 (payable to St. Hilary’s Kindergarten / St. Hilary’s Kindergarten (Hung Hom)

Interview Arrangement
